Created by celebrated Oaxacan-based executive chef Susana Trilling, who brings 35 years of experience and is renowned for her globally top-ranked Seasons of My Heart Cooking School, ¡Ya Oaxaca! is a true family endeavor. The team includes her sons: Kaelin Ulrich Trilling (Chief Creative Officer and Culinary Design Head, formerly Chef de Cuisine at Thomas Keller’s La Calenda) and Jesse Ulrich Trilling (Operations Director, and Head of Tomatoes La Era), and Azul Couzens (CEO, formerly Global CMO & North American President at Helinox). ¡Ya Oaxaca! has earned recognition for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, including winning the PepsiCo Greenhouse Accelerator program, the Nexty Award, and the Naturally Network Pitch Slam.
